Refund Policy 

All Class, Reformer, and Personal Training Packages will EXPIRE 1 YEAR from purchase and are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. 

A cancellation fee of $35 applies to full classes or waitlisted classes.

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours will be marked late cancel and fees will apply.

Medical Cancellations: Cancellation is permitted where you are not able to participate in a single sessions for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that you were not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of the missed class and, upon receipt, a credit for a make-up session will be issued.
