Good to know
I've never done Pilates. Can I join a Reformer class?
Yes. Every class is taught to the room, and the Reformer's spring resistance is adjusted for each person, so beginners and experienced practitioners train together. Tell your instructor it's your first time and they'll set up your machine and walk you through the basics.
What should I wear and bring?
Fitted, stretchy clothing you can move in, and grip socks for the Reformer. Water is a good idea. Arrive about ten minutes early for your first class so there's time to get set up.
How long is a class, and how many people are in it?
Classes are 55 minutes in our dedicated Reformer Studio. We keep classes small so the instructor can see and coach everyone, which is why booking ahead matters.
How do I book, and what if I need to cancel?
Book through the online schedule or the Ultimate app. Our cancellation window and late-cancel rules are in the Class Reservations & Purchase Policies.
How much does Reformer Pilates cost?
Current Reformer pricing, class packs and memberships are on our Pricing page. New to Ultimate? Ask us about the 2-week trial.
